No te preocupes, bro

Having never really planned our trip much further than Mexico and Cuba, Jules and I did a whirlwind sight-seeing trip on the way to Antigua through Belize and Northern Guatemala.  Once in Antigua, Jules sorted out a spanish course, and went on his way.

I was confused with no idea what to do, but quickly found myself at El Paredon, a small Guatemalan village on the coast.  The black sand and wild sea there remind me of home.  I happily settled into a routine of yoga and surf.

With the help from the residents and fellow campers, I mastered the art of standing up.  Happy with my progress I decided to keep my board and dedicate myself to the art in the mellow waves of San Salvador at a later date.
